Don’t Explain: A Dialogue between Eleanor and Eunice is a theatrical, evolving piece of work presenting a powerful story through song and dialogue between icons Billie Holiday and Nina Simone. Jacqueline Tabor on vocals and Marina Albero on piano pair together in masterful collaboration and partnership, paying tribute to the brave actions of these American Heroes. In response to our current Civil Rights movement and coming from activist families, both Tabor and Albero felt this a fitting time, opportunity, and space to process and tell the truth through Eunice and Eleanor.
